Now you can add and mute audio tracks, create fades, transition and perform standard video edits. In the new version of Photoshop support for video files has been expanded. Tilt-shift allows users to copy the behavior of lenses allowing for manipulation of the plane in focus. Field blur is a fast way to blur an entire image or perform several depth-of-field adjustments. The amount of blur can be controlled, as well as the brightness and color of bokeh highlights. The iris blur is probably the most innovative, allowing users to edit shapes containing built-in masks and isolate parts of the image which should remain in focus. The tools are called field blur, iris blur and tilt-shift and are grouped together under the Filter > Blur menu. These turn image processing into an easier and quicker process. Photoshop CS6 comes with three new blur tools included. This might however be an issue for users without an internet connection, but the idea behind the new setup process is that people will enjoy better support if problems arise.

In order to install the program, a user has to log in with an Adobe ID. The icons and menus are cleaner and the setup process is changed as well. The default background color is now dark (it is, however, adjustable), and with added and improved functionality. Something else very easy to notice from the beginning is the new user interface, which was overhauled by Adobe for better performance. Another improvement is that the tool works and previews in real time. The liquify tool is also improved, with Adobe adding a larger maximum brush size for working on huge-resolution images. What’s included in this free additional content are typically media assets, templates, tutorials, documentation, fonts, footage, sample files and projects, and so on. It is technically optional and not required to run the main products, but will improve your experience if you can take the time to download and add it to your installation. This is Extra Content (also called Functional Content) that Adobe bundles with some CS6 applications. Using Firefox or Chrome will work better. They can be quite large and sometimes IE has difficulty with the file or the download. We suggest using a browser other than Internet Explorer to download the files above. All of these trials are supported on Mac OS X or Windows (32-bit x86 and 64-bit 圆4), with the exception of After Effects CS6, Premiere Pro CS6, and SpeedGrade CS6 which are 64-bit only.
